Our favourite author is Georg Simmel. We don't typically stop until we get to the bottom of problems created by existing players in the industry. We lay bare assumptions implicit in what they are doing. We take a shot if we have an angle that's a fundamental shift in Simmelian terms: it not only makes money but also strengthens our social fabric.
